Whichever treatments are chosen, the client's hands and feet will feel like new when they are finished.
QTICA SMART SPA MANICURE
- Remove nail polish
- File nails
- Add 1 cap-full of Qtica Triple Action Fresh Soak to soaking dish, fill with warm water and soak nails for about 3-5 minutes.
- Push and clean cuticles (we suggest using Qtica Solid Gold Anti-Bacterial Cuticle Oil-Gel).
- Exfoliate hands and arms with Qtica Smart Spa Sugar Scrub. (6 delicious scents to choose from.)
- Cleanly rinse with water.
- Apply Qtica White Tea Moisture Mask to hands and let rest for 3-5 minutes (use warm wet towel or heated gloves for additional heat therapy).
- Clean with wet towel or rinse with water.
- Massage with Qtica Stimulating Citrus Massage Oilor Qtica Smart Spa Lotion (6 delicious scents to choose from), orQtica Intense Total Hydrating Therapy.
- Clean nail plate with alcohol
- Apply Qtica Natural Nail Growth Stimulator (or Zoya Anchor) as base coat.
- Apply 2 coats of your favourite Zoya Formaldehyde, Toluene and DBP free lacquer.
- Apply one coat of Qtica Extending Top Coat (or Zoya Armor).
- Finish with Qtica ½ Time Polish Drying Accelerator for the perfect 10 day manicure.
Qtica Express Manicure
Time 20min
- Remove Polish: Zoya Remove + - Remove polish from both hands. When removing polish from the natural nail an acetone polish remover is preferred.
- Condition Nails: Solid Gold Anti-Bacterial Gel-Oil - Pre-treat the cuticles and nails and minimize dust by applying a conservative amount of cuticle oil gel.
- File both Hands: When filing the natural nail, always use a corner to center motion in one direction working first one side then the other. Never use a back and forth motion in the center of the nail as you would with an artificial enhancement.
- Cuticles:Solid Gold Anti-Bacterial Gel-Oil - The cuticles on both hands are pushed back and cleaned up as needed. At this time a cuticle treatment will be applied to the freshly cleaned cuticles.
- Prep the Nail:Zoya Remove + - Before applying polish, all the natural nails should be cleaned off using a small amount of polish remover on a cotton ball. This will prevent any moisture from lifting or bubbling the polish.
- Base Coat:Qtica Natural Nail Growth Stimulator - The first coat of polish that goes on the nail is a base coat, apply one thin coat to each nail. A base coat is formulated to adhere to the natural nail and to the polish that will come afterwards. When working with the natural nail the chosen base coat should contain treatment benefits to prevent damage to the nail and stimulate new healthy nail growth.
- Polish:Zoya Lacquer - Apply one thin coat of polish to each nail in succession, then repeat and apply a second thin coat to each nail. When working with the natural nail the polish chosen should be formaldehyde free to prevent damage to the nail.
- Top Coat:Qtica Extending Top Coat - Apply one thin layer of topcoat to each nail in succession. When working with the natural nail the topcoat used should be both durable and flexible to prevent chipping and extend polish wear.
- Quick Dry:Qtica ½ Time Polish Drying Accelerator - Quick dry can be applied to the nails after polish to shorten drying time. A polish-drying accelerator that will dry all four layers of the polish is necessary to prevent shrinking and denting.

Qtica Intense Hydration Manicure
Time 30min
- Remove Polish: Zoya Remove + - Remove polish from both hands. When removing polish from the natural nail an acetone polish remover is preferred.
- Condition Nails: Solid Gold Anti-Bacterial Gel-Oil - Pre-treat the cuticles and nails and minimize dust by applying a cuticle oil gel.
- File 1st Hand: When filing the natural nail, always use a corner to center motion in one direction working first one side then the other. Never use a back and forth motion in the center of the nail as you would with an artificial enhancement.
- Soak 1st Hand:Qtica Triple Action Fresh Soak - As the filing of the 1st hand is finished that hand is placed in a bowl of warm soapy water to soften the cuticle.
- File 2nd Hand: While the first hand is soaking the 2nd hand is filed, refer to the filing directions given above.
- Soak 2nd Hand: Qtica Triple Action Fresh Soak - Once the 2nd hand is filed the 1 st hand is removed from soaking and the 2nd hand is then placed in the bowl.
- Cuticles:Qtica Intense Cuticle Repair Balm - Apply a cuticle treatment to the cuticles, push back and clean up as needed.
- Exfoliate:Qtica Intense Rejuvenating Hand Peel - Exfoliate the first hand to remove dead skin and allow treatments to penetrate. An exfoliant that leaves a coat of paraffin will give better results.
- Apply Balm:Qtica Intense Hand Repair Balm - Apply a hand balm to the first hand to seal and heal any cuts or cracks in the skin. The balms will act as a mask.
- Apply Heat: Wrap the hand in a warm wet washcloth or place in heated mitts. The application of heat will melt the paraffin into the balm creating an invisible glove that will remain through 5 washings. These are the results of an express paraffin dip combined with a mask treatment.
- Repeat: While the first hand is treated with heat the same steps are applied to the 2nd hand; exfoliate, apply balm, and apply heat.
- Massage:Qtica Intense Total Hydrating Therapy - Unwrap the first hand and apply a 10 cent sized amount of lotion to massage with. The massage should run from the fingertips to at least the elbow, remember to work pressure points to release stress. Repeat process for 2 nd hand.

- Begin cleaning calluses or extremely dry patches with a good foot file. We recommend the Microplane.
- Add 1 cap-full of Qtica Triple Action Fresh Soak to pedicure tub (safe on whirlpool jets) and soak feet for 5 minutes.
- Push and clean cuticles (we suggest using Qtica Solid Gold Anti-Bacterial Cuticle Oil-Gel).
- Exfoliate feet and legs with Qtica Smart Spa Sugar Scrub. (6 delicious scents to choose from.)
- Rinse in pedicure tub. (Will not harm jets or clog drains.)
- Apply Qtica White Tea Moisture Mask to feet and let rest for 3-5 minutes (use warm wet towel or heated boots for additional heat therapy).
- Clean with wet towel or rinse with water. (Will not harm or clog whirlpools)
