Trading Terms and Conditions
|
- By placing orders for our products the purchaser acknowledges acceptance of our trading terms and conditions.
- Orders are despatched on a pre paid basis.
- Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Card - Visa, Mastercard, Cheque or Money Order made payable to Art of Beauty Australia; Direct Transfer to Art of Beauty Australia Pty Ltd. BSB: 105 148 Account Number: 02602 4340.
- All products remain the property of Art of Beauty Australia until fully paid for by the purchaser. Jurisdiction of the courts of NSW in respect of all claims, proceedings and matters arising out of or in respect of our credit application will unconditionally apply. Directors are personally liable for all outstanding debts and all fees associated with recovery of outstanding debt.
- Goods are despatched at purchaser's own risk and insurance will only be effected upon the request of the purchaser.
- Prices are exclusive of freight and insurance. These are to be paid by the purchaser.
- Claims for short supply or damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
- Returns will not be accepted unless approved prior to the return of goods. No returns purchased 90 days ago or more will be accepted.
- Returns and orders placed incorrectly will be subject to a 15% Administration Charge. Freight on returned items is to be paid by the purchaser. A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return.
- Credit balances are only redeemable into stock.
- A $20.00 fee applies to all dishonoured cheques.
- All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
